You can withdraw from the process and receive a full refund at any point prior to the sending of a draft. After which, the full payment sum is non-refundable.

Each bespoke poem will differ slightly in length, however, Jonty writes to a twenty-line minimum for all commissions, unless otherwise requested.

After a first draft is sent for your approval, minor changes such as a word for word swap or the subtraction of an element that the client feels they would rather not include, can be accommodated. However, please note that once a structure and where applicable, a rhyme scheme is established, the addition of extra material will be charged as a full re-write cost. It is vital that clients provide any and all details that they wish to be included, before writing commences.
